Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter
One thing I love about the lifestyle that I lead is that I never feel deprived of anything - there's always a way to make or create a healthy version of something you're craving! That's exactly what I did with this recipe - I created my own Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter "Nice Cream". It's vegan, free of refined sugar, and so creamy and delicious!
Blend the following ingredients together:
1 large banana (sliced)
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp natural peanut butter (smooth)
3 tsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
10-12 drops of liquid stevia (can also use other liquid sweetener if desired)
Freeze for 2-3 hours. Top with fresh fruit of choice, and enjoy!
