Feeling a little sluggish?  This Green Goodness Smoothie Bowl is the perfect solution.  It’s low in sugar, full of greens and healthy fats, and contains ingredients to boost mood and energy, fight inflammation, and stabilize blood sugar. I conveniently came up with the recipe for this after the Thanksgiving long weekend - paired with a big glass of water, it helped clear my brain fog and gave me a huge boost of energy.

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup filtered water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp coconut butter
1/3 of a ripe avocado
2 handfuls of spinach
2 handfuls of kale
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 serving collagen (optional)
1 tsp maca (optional)
1 tsp ashwaganda (optional)

Topped everything with a big dollop of Yoso coconut yogurt, fresh figs, crunchy pumpkin pie granola (click here for the recipe) , cacao nibs, bee pollen, and coconut ribbons. Enjoy!
