Healthy Fish Tacos

These delicious fish tacos are super easy to make! They only require a handful of ingredients, and provide a wholesome meal full of nutrients.

Ingredients (makes 4-6 tacos, depending on how much fish is used for each one):

2 basa filets
6 small organic corn tortillas
1 cup of romaine lettuce
1 cup  sliced mango
1/2 cup sliced tomato
1 ripe, mashed avocado
1 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup salsa
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
Dash of salt

Directions:

Pan-fry the basa filets in 2 tbsp olive oil (make sure to thaw them first if frozen). Season with pepper, cumin and salt. Flake in a bowl once cooked.

Warm up corn tortilla for 15-20 seconds in microwave. Use a knife to spread mashed avocado on tortilla. Add flaked basa, salsa, mango, tomato, lettuce and zucchini as desired! This is a quick, simple recipe that can be tailored to every individual's specific tastes. Enjoy!
