Homemade Chocolate Squares

This delicious recipe is brought to you by one of my favourite bloggers, Sophie Gray.  I added in some berries and other tasty treats for extra texture and taste, and I'm so happy with how it turned out! An added bonus is that this chocolate is dairy free and full of nutrients such as iron and magnesium :)

Ingredients:
1 and 1/3 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
Maple syrup to taste
1 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp goji berries
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, mix melted coconut oil with cacao powder and maple syrup to taste (I used 2 tbsp maple syrup + some liquid stevia to taste).  Make sure you taste the mixture so you can tell if it's sweet enough for you!  Once satisfied, add in cacao nibs, goji berries and coconut.  Pour into a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and place in fridge or freezer for 20-30 mins.  Cut into squares once chocolate has solidified and enjoy! Stores best in the fridge.
