Iced Berry Green Tea
The sun finally came out to play in Vancouver today, so I decided to make one of my favourite drinks - this Iced Berry Green Tea is sugar-free, full of antioxidants, and a great way to stay hydrated and refreshed.
1 cup hot brewed herbal tea of choice
1 cup cold water
1 tsp lemon juice
Liquid stevia (to taste)
4-5 pieces of frozen fruit (optional)
Mix all ingredients together (add in frozen fruit last, after stirring). Enjoy!
