Raspberry Cinnamon Latte
There's nothing like a big, foamy latte and a cozy sweater to star the morning off right! I always forget how much I love fall until it comes around each year - we’re so lucky here in Vancouver to still have this gorgeous weather, so lately I’ve been trying to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
To make this raspberry cinnamon latte, I blended the following:
2 cups of brewed raspberry tea (can use any other herbal tea as a substitute)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (heated on the stovetop first)
1 tbsp coconut butter
1 tsp organic cinnamon
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
1 tsp ashwaganda powder (optional)
1 serving collagen
1/2 tsp ginger
Topped the finished product with some more cinnamon, cuz it’s my favourite spice, and has so many health benefits!
